LOCKED OR FORGOT PASSWORD: If you have inadvertently locked yourself out of Web Channel or forgot your password, click the "Forgot Password?" link to request a new password which will be sent via email. This is a temporary password and you will be prompted to change it when logging in for the first time. (Old password will be the password in the email). The new password should be a minimum of 10 characters including at least one upper case, lower case, special character and numeric digit. The new password must also be different than your last 24 passwords for this site.
